NEW ACCOUNTS

Submit FILL and SIGNED Casa Blanca's New Customer Sheet, Resale Form and Terms and Policies sheet.                   
                    
PAYMENTS

Cash or prepaid first 3 orders, Company Checks OK on COD orders and OAC. Past due invoices subject to 2% monthly interest, Past due accounts subject to order hold or sales suspension.                
                    
DELIVERIES

Casa Blanca Furnishings offers free delivery throughout most of Southern California as a courtesy.
Orders delivered outside Casa Blanca Furnishings delivery range are freight collect. Call our office to hear our freight programs to your area. (All freight terms are subject to fuel surcharges when applicable)                
                    
MINIMUM

No minimum for will-call orders. Orders delivered on Casa Blanca Furnishings Truck require a minimum of  $400.00.                
Pick up orders are freight collect subject to trucking company restrictions and rates.                
All deliveries subject to fuel surcharge when applicable.                
Restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the confirmed orders are refused on delivery.                
                    
DAMAGE POLICY

Please inspect all cartons for shipping damages. In the event there is noticeable damage to the packaging, please open box to confirm product condition.*All damages must be note on the delivery slip or invoice as “Damage in Transit” Failure to note damages prior to driver leaving your premises will release Casa Blanca Furnishings from all damage liabilities. If you already accepted the delivery and find shipping damages, please report it to us within 24 hours.*Damage items in your possession cannot be picked up without authorization. *Concealed damages must be reviewed by Casa Blanca Furnishings to proceed with your claim.
Pictures of the damages can be submitted by e-mail to your CSR to move forward with your claim.                
All damages and returns must be inspected by our expert for approval and to determined party responsible.                
All manufacturers defects will be honor with part exchange.                
All Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty(30) days of purchase date. No exceptions.                
All damage or defective merchandise must be return to Casa Blanca Furnishings in original boxes.                
All Claims for merchandise damaged in transit. Must be made through freight carrier. Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure carrier signs freight bill for any damages)                
Casa Blanca Furnishings reserves the right to replace parts or make repairs at our discretion.                
                    
RETURN

Return merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds, Exchange or credit only.                

EXCHANGE

We will not accept any returns or exchanges on used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise.                

POLICY

All returns must be freight prepaid with return authorization number and original invoice.                
We will charge the full amount of the replacement item if exchanges are not available at the time of delivery.                
Non payment of exchange items can result in a credit hold or sales suspension.
